This choice is horrible. We booked and paid for the room on Expedia, but the Doubletree Hilton donnot keep the room for us when we arrived at 1 am. My family and I have to move to Ramada hotel nearby which arranged by the guy of Douletree, but it looks like in 1980s. Maybe the room in Doubletree was oversold but it's unfair.

In Syracuse, the "airport" hotels are not close to the airport terminal. They are all about 5 to 6 miles away. This hotel does a very good job with their shuttle service(s). The room is as clean as most business hotels these days, but I wouldn't give it more than 4 stars. The desk and restaurant staff are very good.

The room wasn’t clean during our stay and we had to get towels and take our garbage out. The staff was very nice though! Limited things to do near the hotel.

The room and property were fine. I do not appreciate a hotel where I expect at least a Continental breakfast only to be met with a charged breakfast of $12. Just add breakfast in to cost of the room please.

It was very busy with a wedding, graduation and a prom. Front desk staff very nice. Room quiet and comfortable.
