"This is an amazing property. We stayed in the king suite. Absolutely loved the covered lanai with outdoor fireplace. Used it every evening during our stay. Enjoyed the hot tub each evening as well. Our days consisted of sitting by the water enjoying the view and destressing from life. Property is minutes from downtown Westhampton Beach with great restaurants and shops. Property owner is beyond responsible to our needs and even left us a bottle of wine to enjoy during our stay. Highly recommend."

"The property is very well located near the beach and has a nice outdoor area. It's important to know that the three spaces are separate, and the only full bathroom is on the upper floor with external stairs to reach it. Certain things were broken around the property (screen door on the 2nd floor was ripped, not all blinds functioned fully), things that should not be present at this price point."

"We had a big group here for a family reunion & to celebrate my grandmothers 90th birthday! We had kids between 1 year to 10 years old, a handful of young adults and everyone else 30+ years old and everyone had a good time. It wasn’t *spotless* when we arrived (still trash in a lot of the bathroom trash cans, socks were dirty immediately just from walking around, crumbs on shelves) but nothing a quick cleanup ourselves couldn’t fix. "4 families came from CA for a graduation celebration. Enough room and beds for all 10 of us. Easy access to lake. Backyard is huge, had fun playing badminton and volleyball. Also lit a fire at the fire pit one night. Managers were very responsive to our questions and requests There is a projector and we were able to watch movies at night. Pretty cool. Had a great stay."

"This place was one of the best parts of my stay on LI. It is tucked away on a beautiful stretch of property but still close to central locations making it easy to go out for provisions. I "gifted" myself a stay here as a single-mother and former art maker. This was the first time I painted in 10+ years, the environment and the energy filled my cup to overflowing!
