“It's a lovely little studio in a fantastic location in downtown Santa Ana. Very quiet, despite it being near a lot of buzzy restaurants! The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful.”

“Our stay were was fine. The king beds were comfy, the unit was comfortable and we had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The extra twins beds are not a full twin length and anyone taller than 64 inches wouldn't want to sleep on it. We didn't love the part of town it was in but never felt unsafe. This particular unit is right on the street and could be noisy at times. “We stayed here for 8 nights. A few things worth noting: -The apartment has been remodeled and is really nice. -Parking is not great. One small spot that needs a gate code each time you arrive and depart (tip: maybe host should supply a clicker) -Showers have very low pressure -Beds are nice Things outside of the host's control: -located in a terrible part of Santa Ana -trash and poop on literally every single sidewalk -neighbors play Spanish music on full blast all hours of the night. “Elena was an amazing host! She responded immediately to my texts as my vacation approached. She keeps the home very clean and tidy and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Very close to Disneyland and the convention center. We needed the two parking spaces that are provided with the house.”

The common area between the beds was a converted patio totally finished which is fine, but there were large gaps that allowed some bugs to come in. If they can fill in those gaps with something then it would be 5 stars all around.”

“Everything regarding the property was great (clean, well-equipped, updated). However the building itself is not soundproof. We could hear people very clearly talking and/or watching TV - sometimes as late (or should I say early) as 1am.”
