“The apartment was cute, the bed was very comfortable, and the view was amazing. Fishing access and hot tub on property were an added bonus. The kitchen utensils were lacking, but can be easily improved by adding a wider variety to include steak knives.”

“The Bungalow is well laid out, spacious, well furnished and in a fantastic location for exploring Edenton. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen has everything we needed to be able to eat some of our meals at home. We enjoyed the little screened in porch, too. It is definitely a well designed living space and we hope to be able to come back for a longer visit sometime soon.”

“You can't beat the view of the Albemarle sound from the living room and brand new dock below. Watched eagles catch their dinner right off the dock and my husband caught quite a few catfish himself. Bed and couch were comfortable. Got lucky with sunset one evening and words cannot describe the beauty. Edenton is quite charming. Downtown Roots made a mean Cuban sandwich and 309 Bistro & Spirits was wonderful! We day tripped to Elizabeth City (Museum of the Albemarle) and Fort Raleigh and Manteo……

“Easy to walk to downtown and a large number of historic properties from this location. The cottage is well kept, clean, and convenient. Accurate description of sleeping arrangements. Only caveat- like most houses of this age, HVAC is an issue. The upstairs bedrooms have on-wall units (not in-wall, on-wall) that blow cold air, and that helps cool, and multiple fans are provided in closets. But it could still most likely get pretty warm in summer, upstairs. Max temp during our stay was……

“This property is beautifully renovated and is a perfect location to enjoy edenton and all it has to offer. We used it mostly as an extension to sleep in as my parents live in the area and we were all home for the holidays. The king bed was the only one slept in as we had pack n plays for our kids and the bed was comfy although a little squeaky!
