The front office staff are quite nice and helpful! It's a little bit cold in Edinburgh, so we asked for one more blanket and the front officer even brought it to our room himself. We are so touched. Definitely recommend this hotel to you. Love Hilton and love Edinbrough, especially the folks living in Edinbrough! Give the staff a Big LIKE!

Not the hotel's fault but there are major roadworks outside at the moment and the road was gridlocked & noisy. Apart from that the lift system was 'quirky' with one list out of order for much of the time. Other than that we had a good time, the hotel is very well placed between the Royal Mile and Princes St. Excellent buffet style breakfast with a very full range of options.

Hotel has construction on the outside which is a pain. Some reo inside as well means the place is not very presentable. We only stayed one night.
