We chose this listing to be on the top floor & feel safe. When we arrived there was confusion of what unit was ours to stay in & once we found our unit, other tenets across the hall were loud & smoking. After all the confusion of what unit was ours & the neighbors making us feel very uneasy & being on the bottom floor rather……
