"We had an amazing weekend. The house is a bit outdated, but we were there to be outside. There is another rental connected to the A-frame. The walls are very thin, but we didn't mind at all. (We're used to the loud city). They have their own fire pit and outdoor section in the back yard. "The home is small but sufficient. Who ever remodeled was rather creative. Most choices worked, some fell short. The master is large and comfortable. Super soft bed. The other bedrooms are small but serviceable. The biggest issue is that there is almost no where to hang or place anything. The shower definitely needs somewhere to put your things. Only the master had a closet, but even that wasn't very helpful as a sagging shelf prevented using most of it. Host was very friendly and quick to...

"This cottage is this perfect place for a quick little getaway! We had the most perfect lazy stay for the weekend secluded from the city. Just sitting outside the cottage watching the lake in silence was so peaceful. The host was also extremely responsive and detailed in her messages. Would highly recommend."

"Honestly didn’t expect it to be as nice and homey but it changed my mind as soon as we walked through the door. The bear decoration really made it feel like we were in a cabin in the woods (exactly what we wanted) The fire pit in the yard was a great place to spend our nights with some s'more's!
