“Loved the location and the scenery was picture perfect!”

“It was a cute little older home. With nice updates on the inside. They are definitly doing work to the exterior. In the description it said there was a grill. Which there was unfortunately there was so many large black trash bags you could not get to it. The first step at the side walk was broken. And the railing inaide was very loose. Although there was some minor issues we enjoyed out atay.”

“No AC that was weird but really didn’t need it fans in every room but not on living room,kitchen or dining room. House have a back yard but you can not access door is locked with wire. Tub is broken but they put a cover on it I thought it was not acceptable according to VRBO standards but in general was a good place for the value”

“Needed to get away for the weekend an relax and unwind from the work week an I did just that had a nice peaceful relaxing time away for afew nights. Very peaceful up there on the mountain the hot tub was great just what I needed”

“I absolutely loved being at the Wee Hobbit House, Scottlandyard in Brooktondale, NY. I am a 70 year old woman and went to upstate NY to spend time with my daughter and grandson. Was a perfect location for me... 10 minutes from my daughter, Dandy Mart on the way for coffee and gas. I mention 70 year old because the upstairs bedroom was not something I could manage, but I slept on the couch downstairs and was very comfortable. Tanya was super as a co-host. “We have family in Johnson City, and this was a perfect location for us!! We loved staying in this beautiful home. The owners have done an excellent job renovating and renovating with creativity!! Every decoration in this house was chosen with care. We had everything we needed, including hand soap and filtered water! Both much appreciated. Communication was great and very responsive to any needs we had, which weren’t many. Looking forward to our next stay!!”

“We had an amazing stay! The Barn is cozy~beautiful with an elegant but rustic sleek design. We loved sitting by the fire, swinging on the hammock, and spending time in the hot tub. We were able to create wonderful memories full of a birthday dinner, board games, sunrises and sunsets. We were thrilled to each have a television in our room. Our cell reception and the wifi were perfect during our entire stay. The scenery in the area is gorgeous and with The Barn situated at the bottom of a foothill……

“My family of 3 and another family of 4 stayed at the house and it was perfect! The house was very clean with comfortable beds and looked just like the pics. The owner was very responsive whenever I messaged. The provided towels & linens as well as coffee and other supplies was a very nice touch! We went into Binghamton on Friday night and went skiing at Greek Peak all day on Saturday. We would definitely stay here again if we were coming to the area!”

“I really have mixed feelings about my stay. For just somewhere to crash at a low price, it was fine. In fact, I sense they did a lot to make a modified single-wide trailer house into a stayable place. There are newer fixtures and furniture, but things like wall paint and trim and such were done badly. It was a mix of nice touches and run-down details. I really liked the mini-counter with tall chairs in the kitchen, but weirdly, none of the kitchen cabinets or even the fridge had door……
