“Entire vacation was fantastic. Host / owner and staff could not of been more friendly. Location on the beach, two buildings with multiple bedrooms, common gathering areas and pool made this vacation a huge success for my six buddies and me. The location was very close to the adult activity, casino, stores and restaurants. Special thanks to the property staff. They worked hard and always seemed to have a smile and positive attitude.”

“We enjoyed Paul's Tarzan house a lot, The kids loved the pool and zip-line! Paul and his assistant were very attentive and helpful leading up to our stay and during. The house was clean and had everything we needed for three nights. There are two neighbor property pretty close that share the outside attractions, but they were both empty during our stay so we had no issue with that. “Miss Julie does not provide a place to stay in Costa Rica, she provide THE Costa Rica hospitality experience everyone is looking for. She and her staff were there 24 hours a day and always available to us. We booked a trip amost every day, should say Miss Julie booked a trip almost everyday for us. We never had a problem or issue wirh any of the trips she sent us on. We checked with her before we did anything, from groceries to souvenirs, her expertise led us to the best places. “My two friends and I shared a ‘family condo’ unit right on the beach, near delicious restaurants like Vista Hermosa (meat, fish, and vegan options). It was beautiful, spacious, sleepy, and quiet. The kitchen, 2 bedrooms and living room were large. The pool was warm and much larger than most hotel pools. Although the unit needed some minor repairs, it was impeccably clean. The only downside in our opinion was that it did not include the breakfast promised on the listing. We loved our stay and……

“We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful house. Tino the care taker was available 24 hours for anything we needed. He was amazing to deal with, friendly, respectful & kept the pool area clean everyday. Property manager was always available and actually did some shopping for us so the refrigerator was stocked when we arrived. “This house is top notch. Stayed here with two other couples and were blown away! First off, Jessie and Brooks were so attentive to us. Anything we needed, they were so helpful and responded right away. The views....literally the best I've seen in Jaco, and right from the pool! Every amenity was available. The bedrooms were all amazing and there were more bathrooms than we needed. Being right on the Miro mountain trail was awesome for morning hikes. It was close to everything in Jaco and Playa……

“Although in a beautiful location, this home needs some work. Two of the guests felt so uncomfortable that they left for a hotel! Overall, most of us was ok, but some details such as pics of all the rooms on the listing and status of electronics should have been detailed accurately!”
