“A nice house!”

“This apartment was just what I needed for my stay. I loved the use of reclaimed wood in the space. It gave it an old feel, yet was very up-to-date. It was very clean and felt comfortable. I loved some of the interesting items used in the decor. I appreciated the host's dining suggestions that could be found nearby.”

“We needed a place for several days in St. Louis, we were there for our daughter's graduation from Wash U. This apartment was great for our needs, safe neighborhood, parking spot was VERY helpful, and our host was very responsive to our questions. If you are a light sleeper, the early morning church bells are a bit challenging but the location is otherwise great, right in the center of "The Hill" with many Italian shops and restaurants in walking distance.”

“Cute 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit above 2 car garage. We stayed here for our daughter's graduation from Washington University St. Louis campus which was only a 15 min drive. Overall, unit was great. Brian is a great host and very responsive. Unit states it sleeps 6 but in reality it sleeps 4. When I originally booked unit I stated we had 3 guests but it turned out my daughter from Maryland ended up going with us so we had 4 guests. I didn't mention anything about this since I thought there was……

“Photos don't do it justice. This was the perfect place to stay for me and my family during my college graduation weekend. The accommodations are a perfect balance between chic, cozy, and modern. There was plenty of space for all 5 of us to spread out and relax. We never felt like we were crowded or had too little privacy. The upstairs loft is a neat spot to chill or to sleep, and in the living room/dining room/kitchen area we could visit while watching TV, eating, and cooking/cleaning in the……

“We had a very comfortable & clean stay at Joes place! Easy to find & check in, the house is older but it was so charming & had modern touches that made it a fun experience. The king bed was SO comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to have a nice breakfast. We will definitely choose to stay here again we we visit St. Louis!”

“This home was nice and cozy, which made me and my partners anniversary weekend worth while. We had an amazing time. We loved the trees towards the back and how walkable the area was. It was centrally located by everything we want to be at. We had a great amazing time. We also loved the shower and its different ways to put out the water. “This house was perfect for our family to hang out and hit Main Street in St. Charles. The house itself has an updated kitchen and bathrooms and has enough space for a big family chill and watch movies or play video games. It is within walking distance of all the attractions on Main Street and if you are up to it, the Ameristar casino.”
