"The A-frame itself was cozy and well-stocked, and it exceeded our expectations for comfort. We slept very well up in the loft, with the sound of the Skykomish lulling us to sleep. The hot tub was a nice bonus, too. But the real star of this show was the jaw-dropping scenery. To be surrounded by soaring jagged peaks and high forested ridges, with the turquoise river churning by, was awe-inspiring."

"This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway from city life! Surrounded by beautiful nature and in total isolation, the cabin is a picturesque vacation spot for relaxation and peacefulness. We took advantage of the fireplace, the hot tub, gorgeous nature views, and the extensive VHS collection. The ideal weekend getaway spot for a couple or small group. So cozy! Will be returning again! "One of the most "loggy" log cabins I've ever visited! Location has great mountain views, lots of outdoor deck space, and a great layout. Two bedrooms upstairs, one ground level, and one semi-basement room give plenty of room for spreading out. Really well stocked kitchen and nicely decorated home!"

"We had a very nice time at this home by the river. You can’t necessarily access the river from the property but it’s a short walk into town and a short walk to a river access point. I can’t describe the beautiful views from the main level and the master bedroom. The beds were a little older and the uneven floors made it so we had to be a little creative with how we positioned ourselves in bed for sleep. "Overall great place! The only area for improvement is the BBQ. It is worn out and cooks extremely slowly. Both tanks of propane were empty when we arrived too :( We did have the foresight to bring our own tank, but ended up using the stove to cook instead because the BBQ was frustratingly slow. "My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. We went hiking on some nearby trails and that was a lot of fun. It was nice to come back and enjoy the hot tub. We recently sold our home and are apartment dwellers so this was a nice escape. It reminded me of our old house so we felt right at home there. The boat slept me and my wife comfortably, and we were able to get dressed and ready for a wedding with the marina restrooms with relative ease.
