Room had a terrible odor of cookeds fish from previous tenants. Staff did lend a deodorizer after requesting same, but never came to room to confirm problem solved or to resolve...

Some cosmetic improvements / upgrades but drywall damage in bathroom, carpet needed to be replaced due to tear and stains.

The property looks great on the outside but the inside looks dirty and old. My room had an odor and you don't get room cleaning service. Also, getting clean linen is a hassle depending on who is working the front desk. I will not stay at an Extended Stay property again.

While booking they mentioned Breakfast, but when we checked in they had no Breakfast, just muffins and Tea or Coffee. Had I known this I would have choosen another hotel. Thats false advertising. I will be talking to my credit card company and my attorney to see what can be done
