“Overall the stay was well, was a little disappointed that I couldn’t park my truck at the hotel but glad that they had parking accommodations just a block down. Wish the hotel gave a voucher for the garage down the street because $25 extra wasn’t the best. Loved that it was so close to Busch stadium and I was able to walk to the game. ”

“As usual, everything about our stay at the Drury Plaza was excellent. The staff was very helpful and very nice. The hotel itself is clean and quiet. The free breakfast and afternoon happy hour are always awesome. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.”

“Our trip was to go to an away soccer game. The hotel was convenient for walking to the stadium and for walking to the Arch, which was also one of the things on our list. The staff was very helpful during our stay for eating suggestions and for answered all of our questions.”

“Elevator not quick when there’s a crowd ”

“We had some maintenance issues but the front desk had maintenance up to work on this with in 5 minutes. The evening desk staff were ever patient with helping another guest that needed accommodations. Unfortunately the hot tub broke just days before our stay but the pool was open and was very clean. The hotel was fully booked with a school trip and the baseball game guest but just a short wait for breakfast is nothing while sipping a free mimosa. ”

“Aweful! The alarm keeps ringing every hour from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m. even when I unplug it. In addition, I book the room for 4 people. However, I only get three towels and three coffee. The person from the desk said it's normal. What a weird hotel. ”

“3 out of 4 elevators were out of service. Men's bathroom in lobby out of service all week. There was a dead roach on the floor in the lobby for 3 days that no one cleaned up. A man fell in the lobby & dripped blood & no one cleaned that up for a few days. Then two employees were fighting & cursing/yelling at each other in Room 614 as I was walking by. Talk to your employees about there mouth & fighting around hotel guests.”
