“The guest house was conveniently located to Rt 86, yet was very remote and quiet. This was our first stay at a Vrbo, and check-in/out and the stay went smoothly. The living area was spacious and clean. The bed was against the wall on one side and the mattress seemed a bit slanted, otherwise it was comfortable. We did not use the kitchen area, so can't speak to that. Outside the living area was a nice porch with a great view. The game room downstairs had a pool table and several games; however,……

“We visited on a very cold winter weekend. The apartment was freezing when we got there but we were soon able to warm it up and enjoy. Accidentally blew a fuse with the space heater and kitchen appliances but the owner took care of it right away. Ample street parking, short drive from downtown. Highly recommend the National Comedy Museum!”

“Good value for the size of the place and centrally located. The AC was not the best, and may have been competing with the heat put out by the pilot light on the heater. Could use some ceiling fans in the bedrooms... maybe bring your own fan, as the bedrooms have no windows. Clean and has most everything else for a comfortable stay. It's on the 3rd floor, so you if you have any mobility issues, this could be a negative. Hosts were pleasant and available.”

“We stayed here to watch the eclipse and were pleasantly impressed by the accommodations as well as the community. This is a community with a small town feel and warm and friendly small town welcome. The accommodations exceeded our expectation with a wonderful deck with gas fire pit/table as well as patio table and chairs. The amenities were also very lovely with a chilled bottle of wine and filtered chilled water pitcher in the fridge. I am forgetting to mention the coffee choices we enjoyed as……

“Ken is our favorite host of all the rentals we have visited! It is rare to find a rental that is so thoughtfully and artistically accessorized as this one. Wherever you look there are little special touches that set this rental apart. The flowers and picket fence out front are indicative of the charming interior. The location is perfect. It is easy walking distance to everything in Bemus Point, the market, restaurants, and ice cream. And a short drive to Chautauqua Institute. We were the envy……

“This cabin was just what we wanted! Close to Jamestown and Bemus Point for sightseeing. Short drive to Long Point State Park, where we went fishing. The cabin was so peaceful and clean. The deck was awesome to sit and have coffee in the morning and glass of wine in evening , with an automated awning. We went in October and there are trees all around, The foliage was beautiful. Not recommended for anyone with toddlers or senior citizens, who can’t climb a spiral staircase up to the bedroom. The……

“Great location, able to walk everywhere- market, restaurants, church, and the lake. Plenty of bedroom space, well appointed kitchen. Most is in good condition. Nice big dining table and chairs for meals and games. Easy parking. Drawbacks- steep, narrow staircase to beds and bathroom. Several uneven thresholds. These can trip even the careful. I don’t think I would recommend for elderly or small children because of stairs. That being said, the place had old fashioned charm with modern comforts.”
