This property is amazing! Service was great! Food and Drinks never disappointed. Excellence Club is well worth the upgrade. Bartender Rodney is the best bartender I’ve experienced at any resort. True craftsmanship! I would visit again any day !

This place would jave been excellent, but housekeeping was so slow! We like to get up super early, and hopefully return to our room to rest up and shower for di ner early. We had our green light o. The outside door to indicate the room was ready for cleaning, however, housekeeping wouldn't show up until after 4pm each day! I had to call twice because other days our room would be skipped for cleaning despite the green light outside the door being on! Customer Service: lacking attention to details. The waitstaff do t pay attention to check if your drinks need refreshing. The waitstaff on the beach was hit or miss, but i will shout out to exceptional waitress, Shantee, who would constantly check on each person at the beach, several times to see if we wanted drinks or snacks. She was WONDERFUL, Omelet station, Marcella, she made the best Omelets and was so friendly and always smiling, Beach: Beautiful beach, shallow water, great for swimming and lots of beach chairs for everyone. Lots of beach activities. Special shout out to Captain Remi or Remington! We loved the sail boat ride! Restaurants: Reservations weren't needed except for Spice. I was not impressed with any of them, quite honestly. How does a restaurant call itself the Lobster House, but doesn't serve lobsters? Food was just ok for me but at least i didn't get sick. Great time but attention to detail from customer service is what holds me back from giving this place 4 stars, unfortunately.

Customer Service was exceeded beyond measure ! The Excellence Club was absolutely phenomenal! From the one on one service (D’ Andria she made sure we had everything we needed and made sure we enjoyed our vacation! Ty) WAIT AND THE FOOD 11/10!!! Can’t wait to go back!

I enjoyed my stay at this property. It is more of an estate. Very large property with lots of space and beach. A little bit of something for everyone with entertainment and music at night and by the pool. And quiet areas in the excellent club sections. Rooms are spacious and modern. My stay was made special with the help of Shane H. (Manager), Kevin (excellence club beach concierge on 5/24), Chef Marcia and Akeem at the omelette station for breakfast.

My husband and I came to this resort for our one year wedding anniversary and had a mediocre stay. Excellence Oyster Bay is a nice, but poorly maintained resort with hit or miss quality in service. Overall, I expected a lot more from a luxury resort—especially at this price point.
