The property is well maintained and very comfortable. If you are looking for a summer rental, this is your place!!! “This is a wonderful property, newly renovated, very weel equipped with high-end kitchen appliances, and beautifully decorated. Location is good, on a dead-end street at the edge of Goodwill Park, about 2.5mi from center of Falmouth, and about 2mi from the Shining Sea Bike Path. The host is very responsive and helpful. It includes 3 good-sized bedrooms, one on first floor and 2 on second floor. One full bath on each floor, plus outdoor shower with hot water. 2 common living areas. Can't wait to……

“Steps away from the biking and walking trail, you can actually walk or ride your bike to Woods Hole. Lots of space for a family to spread out. Sheets of mattresses were clean and comfortable. When I needed something, Nancy was always very quick to reply.”

“My family of 5 rented the house for the long Labor Day weekend. The house is in a great location, just across the street from the awesome West Falmouth Market and a short drive to Chappy and Old Silver beaches. The house was very clean and well appointed with all the basics covered. Check in was a breeze and Markie was kind enough to let us push our check out back a couple hours to squeeze some extra time in at the beach! Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend. “Great house with big rooms, well equipped kitchen, great A/C and fans and wonderful covered porch! Small but clean beach just five min away and chairs/umbrellas, cooler and games available in garage. Quiet and private street and yard. Part owner lives next door but unsure if he’s a property manager since no instructions were left about that but he did introduce himself. Great price but that may be since it’s a new listing. Hope to return soon!”
