"We needed an interesting place to visit that was not a big city. We wanted a nice relaxing environment. St Genevieve and the 1801 House met our expectations. The hosts thought of everything their guests would need. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. I will recommend this property to others."

"The property was great. There were plenty of rooms and bathrooms which was a big deal for our party of 12. The hosts were easy to contact and were quick to return messages. We only stayed one night and the refrigerator either failed and stopped working or simply lost power (tripped breaker?), which could have caused us trouble for a longer stay, but the hosts appeared willing to resolve any issues very quickly so I have little doubt it would have been investigated and fixed promptly without much...

"We had a family wedding to attend at Westwood Hills. We were 10 minutes from the venue. My boys enjoyed getting in the kayaks, fishing. We had a beautiful day hanging on the deck. Nice family oriented cabin."

"We enjoyed our stay! The house is well equipped, especially the kitchen. One note for others- it is a split-level house, so there are a few (steep) stairs to navigate. A very quiet neighborhood, just the birds chirping in the surrounding trees."

"Stayed here with our family for a wedding in the area. Very nice and large space—nice neighborhood and easy to the highway to get to the wedding venue/Church. We had our two young granddaughters with us so it was a little bit of a challenge having 3 stories in the house—but the kitchen, living and dining area were very spacious and comfortable. I think our daughter would have been more comfortable with a door leading to the bathtub and shower area in the master bedroom. We had a lot of family...

"We held our family Christmas here. 13 people, 7 adults and 6 children. We spent 6 days here. People played pool, ping pong, games, swam and we grilled outside. This house has everything you would in your own home! One day I hosted our huge family gathering of 40+people, plenty of room, it was nice outside and inside and once again everything is provided at the house. I would recommend this house to everyone. Beautiful home. I will rent this house again. Julie"
