“We loved the location. It was beautifully kept. Bus system goes directly to the hotel as well. Most of the staff were fantastic and very helpful. Some of the staff were not kind people at all. Overall we would love to return to this beautiful and unique hotel. ”

“This is the second time I live here. This time my room is next to an alley that you can hear people talking outside. It is a bit noisy compare to my first stay. The good side is the room and bathroom are still clean. A nice place to stay with a resonable price.”

“The overall experinence is not up to expectation. An antique hotel with no airconditioning. All facilities are old even the readers of the card operating lifts are not working at all times. This hotel needs refurbishment or reconstruction to reach the required standard!”

“The only negative I have is that is suppose to be a KING SIZE bed and we only got a queen. Orbitz needs to fix the description. London's king's were king size. Royal mile is around the corner so it is close to everything.”
