"Nice property, good location. BUT if something goes wrong, be prepared to wait or go to a hotel. We could not work the lock, and it took 5 hours (by then it was after 11p) for management to get back to us. This is unacceptable and got us off to a bad start. The hot water in the master bath was unreliable, although in the sink and in the hall bath was ok. There is no dishwasher, which worried me about whether the previous guests were diligent when washing their dishes. And the remote on the TV...

"This condo is very nice, in a safe area, quiet, and well stocked with kitchen items and linens. It also has a dedicated covered parking space. The owners are very responsive to any questions you may have. It is a very short distance from the beach. I highly recommend this condo."

"Our stay was delightful. The location of the unit was perfect for relaxing on the patio facing the ocean across the road and park. The unit was well equipped and we used the bbq on the patio several times. We were completely satisfied with this VRBO. Unfortunately our stay ended prematurely due to the fact that we learned that our home in Tucson was struck by lightning and burned to the ground. We look forward to staying again, maybe next year but without the added excitement at home."

"We were in Santa Clarita for a soccer program and needed a home base between sessions. This condo was perfect! Location: easy to access from major roads, close to dining and shops. Unit: the layout with the 2 bedrooms on opposite ends of the condo was perfect for traveling with a teen - everyone got their own space. The balcony was a nice feature, the couch and beds were very comfy, and the bathrooms are lovely. My only request would be more glasses, bowls, etc. We stayed for 4 days and ate...
