“Checked in with a Deluxe large-bed-room. Found out the room is WAY TOO SMALL, the bed you can't really call it a queen size. It is actually twin size. The feel is like a motel room not a 4-star hotel. Bathroom is as small as a cabinet ,so crowd so they put all towels under the sink. shower room is so small that you can hardly move around without touching anything. Called for a upgrade several times, receptionist said all sold out but still room available on Expedia which they claimed it is a……
