“We had a lovely stay. Very quiet. Easy access to downtown.”

“Good neighborhood, easy access to restaurants/stores. It was a good distance to Grand Canyon and Sedona. It was tiny! But it definitely gets the job done and had everything we needed. Only issue we had was the cleanliness of it. There was lots of dust everywhere which triggered my dust allergy.”

“Walking Distance to downtown was great, 4 blocks. The property is connected to another apartment and you could hear the other occupants when you were in the kitchen area, but other than this, it’s a very quiet property and very comfortable. It was also nice having parking on the property. ”

“This very basic property is in a great location- walking distance from downtown and a close drive to some attractions. It was very clean and quiet. The “mountain views” are only visible outside the property itself. I liked the washer/dryer and fridge with ice & water. Coffee maker is ancient and should be replaced.”

“This was perfect for a short weekend getaway with my wife and our small dog. It was a short walk to downtown or NAU campus, which was really convenient. The small yard had enough room for my dog to quickly do her business. The loft was clean and bright and was just the right amount of space for us. Check in and check out were smooth, and the property manager was clear in all communications. We will definitely stay here again for future trips!”

“Very well appointed unit. Beautiful and efficient kitchen. Luxurious bathroom. Though this is a studio it felt like a house. Attention to detail with many creature comforts, fluffy comfy throws and blankets. Nice deck outside to enjoy the beautiful area. Great location very close to downtown.”

“Erin’s home made our stay absolutely amazing. The house cat was waiting in the window to welcome us. The home was decorated for Christmas and was so adorable. The beds were super comfy with plenty of blankets. And the star of the show was the amazing hot tub and gorgeous backyard! 10/10 stay, the entire home was extremely clean and homey. Going to miss the cat re-run the most!!!”

“Our stay was great. The place is very cute and updated and looks exactly like the pictures. Really appreciated that there were simple things such as a hair dryer, K-cups already stocked, and a fan in the bedroom (we like sleeping with the sound of a fan). There are two small fridges. Perfect for us because we only stayed for 4 nights and only needed to heat up some leftovers which didn’t require much fridge space. There’s a very convenient plaza with grocery store and gas station around the……
