“The property just fit what we needed it for. We were able to relax and enjoy family. We like to bird watch. The property is not on the water but across the road. We were able to see parts of the water. Bald eagles, osprey, geese, herons, and a white pelican that hadn’t gotten up to the northern states for summer. I would rent the property again!”

“This host has thought of it all!! This was a 4 day get away for me and my husband. We cooked full meals every day thanks to an extremely well stocked kitchen and on the grill. He fished and I sat in the hot tube watching Ole Miss sports. TV in every room. Updated kitchen with a really nice Boho design! Perfect setting for a morning or afternoon stroll. The screened in porch was perfect when it was raining. We will certainly be back!! Leave your work at home and enjoy this getaway spot! You will……

“Nice little property for fishing vacation”

“The cabin is awesome. Location is convenient to Pickwick Landing State Park and another boat ramp down the street. The cabin is clean and very nice. Parking for boats is exceptional either at the cabin or under the provided shelter. The only downside we had was we needed more cookware and utensils for cooking in the cabin for 4 people.”

“My father, my cousin and I visited for a week long fishing trip. It was a beautiful place with an absolutely amazing wrap around covered porch. We had great views when we were not on the water. This property also has a private covered boat dock which was super convenient. It's also a gated entry so very private and secluded. Overall great place to say, would definitely come back.”

“It was a nice house. Sufficient. Over all, we were happy. Had everything you needed in the kitchen, towels, etc. Back deck is nice to hang out on. Only complaints are internet is in and out,( so dont except to watch a full movie. But you may get to..) and there is no trash service. So if ur staying more than a day..well.. it was an issue staying a week.Once you take the trash out of the can, there's no where to put it. If left on porch or deck, something got into it. “This is our 3rd time staying here and we will be back. Mr. Charles and his wife are the absolute best host. The view and the sunsets never disappoint. And Mrs Hardy's cinnamon and orange rolls are the best we've ever tasted.”

“Our family had the best time staying in this cabin. It was beautiful and well furnished with all the necessities and more. It is located perfectly between the lakes(we were staying for a fishing tournament) The host was great! We really enjoyed catching perch right off the back deck. It was a such a peaceful location but also near to everything needed in town. Anytime we are back in the area we plan to stay here!”
