Deceptive listing

Stay away. Check in was confusing. We didn't know which of the six units we were staying in until 10 minutes before check in time. The cleaners who were very nice were late. The photos shown in the listing were not of this unit. There is no furniture in which to store clothing (dressers). There is no door mat to brush off sand. One of the mini-split a/c units didn't work properly. There was no coffee or side tables in the living room. The "amenities" were supposed to include bikes, a dish washer and washer dryer. There were no bikes or dish washer and the washing machine was out of order. Our general feeling was disappointed and deceived. I would never stay there again. I must admit the bedroom linens and the bed and sofabed were nice and seemed new. Other things like the living room rug and bathroom linens were old and should be updated. The shower head didn't even work!

Nice location

A short walk to the beach and basic everything else. We didn't need much but what we needed this place provided. Items for our toddler, a place for a small lunch, and some area to lounge. The bathroom could use an update but other than that, it was what we were looking for.

Great Experience

We enjoyed every minute in the updated fully stocked apartment. The kitchen is full of everything you need to have 3 cooked meals. The apt is 30 seconds walk from the ocean. What else someone can ask? Amazing services and guest support. Probably the best I had. Thank you!!

Shabby, needs upgrades, good location

Overall this was a disappointing experience. It’s a convenient location off the Broadwalk and is a quieter section of Hollywood. However, the first and foremost major issue was shoddy electricity. Lights flickered constantly, when the coffee maker was turned on, the lights would flicker. When charging my computer, my computer vibrated/buzzed which meant that there’s a lack of proper electrical grounding. When we first arrived, it was a cold spell, but the heaters didn’t work. Other issues: - I had to write to the property owner and call several times before I received check in information - Moldy shower curtain - Stained towels - Only one remote control for two televisions and they didn’t always work between the two - Dirty dishes were put away in the cabinets - Construction began to build a tiki bar in courtyard without warning I would recommend the following improvements - Dish rack - Drawers for clothing - More options (even just outside) to hang wet towels & suits
