“Room wasn't ready at 4pm for check-in. This wasn't communicated very well and only a brief, single-sentence apology was offered. Otherwise, the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The hotel itself is fine; pretty good for the price point. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything you'd like. The water pressure in the shower was poor, though, which made cleaning off after the beach particularly challenging. The area outside the hotel feels safe, and access to the beach is very……

“Our experience at this hotel has been the worse. We have booked through Expedia for many years and this is the first time where the hotel we booked did not offer the ammenities that it said it had. In our case it was a washer and dryer. The person at the front desk told us it was a problem out of their control because it was advertised wrong on the Expedia website and that they could NOT do anything about it. The room was also in a very poor condition. The door DID NOT close all the way and……

“This is the most terrible experience. We wait for front desk staff for almost 2 hours to check in on christmas. We were very tired at that time and had to stay at front desk. It's a horrible disaster. I'll never come here again.”

“We stay here every time we go to Fort Lauderdale. It is so close to everything! Beach is right across the street which makes for beautiful views from your room. It always smells so nice too. The staff is so helpful too! ”

“Consistent great services across all 4 days of us staying there. Definitely clean and new as described. the rooftop pool was amazing (with warm water when we visited in feb!) gym and laundry was available and we made good use of it too. excellent hotel location with lots of good restaurants around. there’s also supermarket and pharmacy within walking distance Highly recommend!”
