“The first night was very rough. The room was extremely warm. They had someone come up and check the ac and tokd us we were good. But the room never cooled down. We talked to the staff on day 2 and explained to them how hot it is and they sent another person up and it finally got fixed. ”

“The pictures were accurate. The beach access is NOT close. There is a public access that is closer. There are plenty of dishes, pots, pans, and utensils, but no spices. There is limited amounts of dish soap. There is a washer and dryer, but no soap available. There is a keurig and a coffee maker, but no filters or coffee. There is only one dish towel and one roll of paper towel. When you are flying, it is not possible to bring all of these items with you. I will not be staying at this place……

“This condo was located close to a pool, but to get to the beach, we took the car. I knew we had 2 beach chairs and an umbrella available for use, but didn’t know we had to check-in at the beach to reserve them. That would have been helpful information! There’s a few suggestions I have for improvement that would make the stay better. The bedroom does not get very cool, so bring a fan! A ceiling fan in the bedroom would help keep it a little cooler. There’s no basic cooking materials……

“We had a great stay, although you couldn’t much see the ocean but if you stood a certain way… we still enjoyed our balcony. The property manager was very nice and responded quickly. The condo was very clean. We would definitely book here again. Only thing is we wish there was an elevator.”

“I took my daughter to Destin for spring break. The condo was exactly as advertised; nicely updated and very clean. Sandpiper Cove is a nice complex. We played the par 3 golf course 4 times during our stay and swam in the pool just outside of the unit. The unit is in the back of the complex, so the walk to the beach was about a 5-10 minute walk. We did that once, then found it easier to drive and park in the provided lot since we had chairs and umbrellas. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would……
