“I am used to having house keeping coming in every day to refresh our room. I didn’t know we had to request it so since my husband and I are both physically challenged it was disappointing ”

“My recommendation is do not book! Save yourself the hassle & keep looking. By far the worst experience we have had! The property was VERY dirty & wobbly furniture. During our stay our bed broke at the feet & we had to spend majority of our stay on the dirty carpet. The shower liners wreaked & the shower bottoms were disgusting! We knew the property hadn’t been cleaned because the previous guest note was still there! Along with carpet spots that I took pics of prior to arrival.”

“We were visiting family assigned to Fort Carson and the location was very convenient for us. There is plenty of space for the family to spread out. Communication with the Property Manager was excellent throughout. Would not hesitate to stay here again!”

“Everything was great about the property. The only complaint was the trash was not recently taken out and was starting to smell in the garage. The bonus space on the third floor was amazing. Lots of space to spread out. Would recommend. Would LOVE to live in this house!”

“The ease of VRBO reservation and payment was great. Our VRBO host was quick with email responses to questions. The home was clean and had plenty of room for us. The only thing that I would suggest is to have a fan available in the bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs was nice and cool but upstairs never cooled off the same”

“I contacted the host the morning of our arrival and he said he would call me back in a minute. A few hours later I received an email from VRBO that our reservation had been cancelled by the host. What a disaster trying to locate a 5 bdr house with no warning. Very frustrating and time consuming. Dave”
