If you have kids and are looking for a unique place to spend some time, this is the place. Waterslides, pool, hot tub, gaming area, restaurants. Super clean; cleaning is visible daily in all areas of the property. Plus Frankenmuth itself is within walking distance. Really unique. A store in town that does Christmas year round. Outlet malls 20 minutes away. I know I would stay here again with having to think about it.

My friend and I stay here for a girls trip every year and it’s perfect. Walking distance to the spa and restaurants! The staff is always extremely nice and accommodating. Price is actually reasonable compared to other places.

You could spend a full day in the property without the need to step out. Fantastic for families with kids. Swimming pools and water slides, arcades and dining for everyone.

We enjoyed our stay. They have plenty for a family to do all year. New indoor waterpark open in the fall.
