The bed side table was dirty n lamp shades had hair on them lamps were dusty

I always ask for an early check-in whenever we go on a girls getaway and have had NO PROBLEM. We have stayed here MANY times and have arrived around noon each time and got into a room right away. But NOT this time. The lady at the front desk was kind of rude and didn't even look to see if there were any rooms available. PLUS there were not that many cars in the parking lot, so we know it wasn't that busy.

I am sorry you were disappointed to not get an early check in. However it is not how busy are that day but how busy we were the night before, Also check out is at 11am and we at times have noon check outs. We simply need to have time to clean rooms. I will reinforce to the staff to be professional and courteous.

The room had a horrible musky smell. It made it for a horrible sleep. Should think about removing the carpet. Right now after paying $284 for the night if I would ever stay again at this property. When I told the front deck she apologized for my experience.

Hotel was in a great location across from the River Shops, and we got the jacuzzi room which was great! The free breakfast was a nice perk but nothing to write home about. Staff were amazing and our housekeeper was also
