“The guest house was conveniently located to Rt 86, yet was very remote and quiet. This was our first stay at a Vrbo, and check-in/out and the stay went smoothly. The living area was spacious and clean. The bed was against the wall on one side and the mattress seemed a bit slanted, otherwise it was comfortable. We did not use the kitchen area, so can't speak to that. Outside the living area was a nice porch with a great view. The game room downstairs had a pool table and several games; however,……

“Perfect quaint apartment that’s hidden in the trees yet still very close to town and just a walk to the lake. For someone who loves the woods and the beach, this location is for you. Dave was very kind during our stay and helpful since I wasn’t familiar with the area. The apartment was extremely clean as well. Will definitely consider coming back!”

“We stayed here to watch the eclipse and were pleasantly impressed by the accommodations as well as the community. This is a community with a small town feel and warm and friendly small town welcome. The accommodations exceeded our expectation with a wonderful deck with gas fire pit/table as well as patio table and chairs. The amenities were also very lovely with a chilled bottle of wine and filtered chilled water pitcher in the fridge. I am forgetting to mention the coffee choices we enjoyed as……

Wherever you look there are little special touches that set this rental apart. The flowers and picket fence out front are indicative of the charming interior. The location is perfect. “This cabin was just what we wanted! Close to Jamestown and Bemus Point for sightseeing. Short drive to Long Point State Park, where we went fishing. The cabin was so peaceful and clean. The deck was awesome to sit and have coffee in the morning and glass of wine in evening , with an automated awning. We went in October and there are trees all around, The foliage was beautiful. Not recommended for anyone with toddlers or senior citizens, who can’t climb a spiral staircase up to the bedroom. The……

“Property wad cute, but walls were paper thin. You heard your neighbors and smelled whatever they were cooking. There was no diswasher or air conditioning and bathroom was too far from the bedroom.”

“Great location, able to walk everywhere- market, restaurants, church, and the lake. Plenty of bedroom space, well appointed kitchen. Most is in good condition. Nice big dining table and chairs for meals and games. Easy parking. Drawbacks- steep, narrow staircase to beds and bathroom. Several uneven thresholds. These can trip even the careful. I don’t think I would recommend for elderly or small children because of stairs. That being said, the place had old fashioned charm with modern comforts.”
