“The area had a lot of good restaurants but there were loud cars at all hours of the day and night. Not sure what that was about or if it was a particular event we were unaware of but it was annoying. The hotel itself was awesome!”

“It’s weird, parking fees are required for parking, and the length of parking is a fixed and forced choice. I only parked for ten hours and was forced to pay parking fees for 24 hours.”

“I am amazed by this location, one of the best hotels that I haved stayed at. I enjoyed the service from the staff, amazing parking, good food, nice scenery. I also enjoyed the vibe and how managemwnt provided great service for me. If I ever need a hotel in this area. I will definitely comeback again. Also, I got a good nights rest each night, the room was wonderful. I did not need a cooler, the view was nice! The bed was very comfortable and I was in heaven. Nice hot water, great short……

“Worst hotel experience ever had in my life. Most disrespectful receptionist I had in my life. I file a Complaint, but no feedbacks at all. The the room standard was not the same as what was initially booked on Expedia. There was no prior communication or notification about this change. Given the late hour and the difficulty in finding alternative accommodations, I reluctantly took the situation. “1. Room had rooftop view of air conditioning unit and garage; 2. Parking garage located too far from hotel and would have had to walk in the rain; 3. Bathrooms shower was difficult to use and shower head was not adjustable; 4. Hotel TV stated that parking garage fee was $15 while the desk clerk stated that garage fee was $22; 5. Hotel should have complimentary parking for guests. We had to use street parking in the gutter in front of hotel. ”
