“The rental met our needs perfectly and even had a video game machine throwback that was fun for the kids. The unit contained almost everything we needed and less traffic than the other side of Hatteras.”

“the house was perfect for the two of us. Outside shower was clean (even has a mirror) and underside of house was set up for rainy days and was clean and comfortable (except for mosquitoes which we all must learn to live with). Small but efficient kitchen with all appliances in great working order. Excellent WIFI connection. Only complaint was being too old or dumb to use ROKU/SLING for TV. It took forever to find current evening news. Who watches last nite's evening news anyway?? Not a big……

“This place was perfect for our little family. We had top floor and it was perfect. Walk to beach was perfect as well. View of ocean was amazing from the deck. The floor below us had other tenants and you could hear them very well talking or tv and their dog and when they walked the whole place shook. It was a little too close for comfort but we weren’t home much so we tried not to let it bother us.”

“We came down to fish and the beach was a short walk from the back of the house. Beautiful views and nice house. Overall we were pleased.”

“This two bedroom was perfect for a long beach weekend! Open kitchen and living space, rooms were comfortable! Location was great, walking distance to a few restaurants. Short drive to beach accesses. Thanks for the relaxing get away!”

“We had a wonderful stay in this house! Great communication with the owners who made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Close to the beach, shopping and the pool. I loved the special touch of a dog bowl just for our little pup!”

“Property was as advertised. Dining table is a pool table. Flip over top and can play table tennis. Only aspect not appreciated was toilet in Master bedroom has no door. But we knew this going in and managed just fine with the floor plan.”

“Overall this was a nice trip. The access to the beach has changed however and is a bit farther than listed. Our parents had a hard time due to to walking. The house itself was great. Overall we all had a fun time.”

“This was my first visit home for an extended visit in 20-ish years, It was a great spot. I loved having different people staying upstairs made new friends :-)… Was not on the beach, but was definitely close enough to the beach and the convenience store was right next-door To be honest since I grew up a mile down the road I felt like I had come home. I would definitely stay here again had plenty of room for Company inside and a picnic table outside That was nice to sit at for a few drinks in the……

“Overall, this house is great! It was spacious and had plenty of beds and areas to just hangout. We went on a fishing trip with 6 guys and it was perfect. The a/c worked great! The only small issues we had were a few dead cockroaches sitting around, not enough toilet paper, a broken deck chair, and some trash under a couple of the beds. We would not only book this house for another fishing trip, but we would feel confident bringing our families too!”

“My husband and I stayed here. The house is very well equipped and truly oceanfront. It is so-well maintained and upscale. The elevator was helpful during unpacking. The best part is that it is pet friendly. It is so hard to find a clean, luxurious home that allows dogs. Thank you.”

“House is just as pictured - walking distance to stores and restaurants. The beach is roughly a 5 minute walk away. Has games and books to read on the rainy days, which came in handy for one afternoon”

“Another great OBX stay is in the books! The house was very clean, on a quiet street, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hot tub is awesome, and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck. You can easily walk to a few nearby restaurants and shops! We would stay at the Tropicana Cabana again!”

“We loved this house. We’ve vacationed in the outer banks for 20 years and have never stayed in the same house or area twice. We loved this place so much that we are crossing our fingers that it’s not already booked for next year’s vacation! We spent most of our time on the third floor in the kitchen, living room and dining area. There was plenty of space for all 13 of us! The porch off the kitchen is perfect for morning coffee! The pool area + bar was our favorite! It was the best hang out……

“The house is right on dunes overlooking the ocean. The views are unobstructed and breathtaking. Coffee on the deck with the sunrise is an unforgettable experience. Walk over the dunes and you are on a huge beach with few people.”
