"We chose this property because it had an onsen. They also offered so many other amenities....free ramen and ice cream at night. Yogurt drink in the morning and they always made sure you had 2 bottles of water daily. Staff very friendly and helpful. Added bonus....entrance to Family Mart right from the lobby!!!!"

"Merits: Property was very close to the Hakata train station. Shopping areas and restaurants were all walking distance. The convenience stores were right outside the hotel. Demerits: What was disappointing was our request for an extra hour to check out was denied despite us staying for 7 nights. We tried to dine in the hotel restaurant and wanted a certain table but we were being forced to take another table that we didn't like. But I would say the plus points outweighed the not so good...
