“Five star facilities , location and views”

“以為酒店近黃石国國家公園，原來要起碼45分鐘車程。酒店附近很荒蕪，一定要在西口小鎮吃飯後才回酒店，否則什麼吃的也沒有。酒店表面來看，還是不錯，可惜細心看，被套床單有污漬。第二天，有執床，但沒吸塵，沒有清潔洗手間。浴室花洒水力也不夠，房間隔音不好。早餐也不大好，選擇比較少。”

“对于滑雪的人，这个酒店地理位置是最好的。但是不满意的是，酒店明明有两层的停车位，却不让住宿的客人停车，客人必须把车停在很远的地方，要走路十分钟再回到酒店。你可以使用Valet 停车，但你需要为此多付$35/天，但事实上，Valet的停车场就在酒店的停车场！即使是在淡季，没有什么客人了，到处都是空的停车位，他们也不会让你停车，你必须停在最远的停车场！我们住了三天，每天$1000 ，居然没有room service，我们专门请求room service，可是还是没有，他们只是送过来一些毛巾而已。我们打电话想要order foods，可是没人接电话，打了很多遍，也没人接电话。最后，晚上出门一定要小心，因为有狼，就在门口溜达，每天晚上。”

“Our stay was fabulous. Service, food, cabin, and the horses and goats were so cute! The only thing I am disappointed about is the gratuity fee the hotel charged. I was unaware. We tipped everyone and if we knew about the gratuity fee being included we would have not tipped. We did enjoy our stay and just be aware of all the extra fees and taxes that get charged. It’s a beautiful place!!!”

“Place was cute but a little outdated for what you pay. Location was nice but a little walk to lifts. Would have been nice to have a hot tub outside for each property. ”

“Arrived at night while raining and because the unit number is on a side wall we couldn’t find it at first. The porch light was off as well. Ideally the number should face the parking lot and the porch light should be on. . Also, the path to the unit sinks in one place so gathers water and mud (overgrown path). Had to walk through the wet grass. The unit itself had everything we needed. It is right out of the 70’s or 80’s and shows it’s age. I’d prefer to see updates especially to the stained……

“Clean, well appointed and comfortable two bedroom/two bath apartment with a full kitchen and laundry room in a great location. Easy drive to Big Sky skiing, restaurants and shopping but located in a quiet upscale residential area. Nice hot tub for apre-ski! Our host was accommodating and helpful! This was the best VBRO experience I’ve had! Awesome, just awesome!!!”

“Its a very lovely cabin that has everything you could need. It's closer to the highway than I realized so there's some traffic noise but not terrible.”

“I absolutely loved this condo. It's beautiful with all the amenities needed. Everything is top of the line, especially the appliances. The heated floors and large showers are perfect after a day of skiing. It's truly a ski in and ski out; two lifts and you're at main village. Lastly, the hosts are readily available for any questions or concerns. Thank you for the comfortable stay!”

“We rented for 5 nights! Perfect location. 15 min to ski resort. Plenty of restaurants and pizza shops! Hiked Ousel Falls and saw wildlife. The hot tub was the best part of the stay after a long day skiing!”

“Came to ski for four days in March and this place was perfect. Adequate size for our family of five with three college aged boys. Less than a ten minute walk from the condo to the lift. Easy to walk in your boots and carry your gear there. Nice to get back so quickly after a day on the slopes. Kitchen well equipped. Excellent communication from the hosts. Would definitely stay again.”
