“We came to town for a wedding. Perfect location. Easy checkin & checkout. Host has thought of so many extra items for the guest. We would definitely stay there again in the future. Only suggestion would be to have some Solar pathway lights leading to the entry gate.”

“We stayed with Tim for 4 days while we visited family and went to Disneyland. The unit is in a cull-de-sac, has two bedroom and two baths and a semi-private back patio with table/chairs/umbrella and was very quiet. It is about 15 min from Disneyland-approx $15 rideshare. Was a lovely place to stay and Tim was very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!!”

“I stayed at Elizabeth’s upstairs apartment with my husband and 5yo twins. Street parking was always available and the beach/pier was a short walk. We cooked in the kitchen and did laundry in the space provided. We used the beach toys, beach mats and umbrella. We opted to rent bikes as we wanted tandem bikes for our children which was an easy walk from the apartment, but beach bikes and helmets were available. Our kids had fun at the Tongva Park which is also a short walk away. Thank you……

“We had a wonderful time ! We had a wedding in Pasadena then traveling down to Ansjeim to be close to other friends & family to see the soghts of Los Angeles & Disneyland!!! The house was so big & spacious & just what we needed to spread out and enjoy the pool, hot tub & game room !!! Our crew had so much fun ! It was better then hotel so we could all be together!!! We will definitely be back soon !! All worked out just as expected !!! Thank you !”

“There were three of us and we had two bedrooms with plenty of room for each of us. One of us used the inflatable mattress, which was very nice. We went to the LA Natural History Museum, the California Science Center and the African American Museum. There was so much to see, we didn't get to a lot of them! We definitely need to go back to take everything in!”

“Why would you stay at a faceless hotel when you could stay at this perfect little home by the beach. Indoor space is perfectly sized for 4 adults with a full kitchen, living room and two great sized bedrooms, outdoors you can enjoy a private back yard dining space and out front sit in a great little spot in the front yard and engage with your neighbors and passersby. The ocean, bay and restaurants and bars are all within an easy walk of the house. On street parking is hit and miss to get right……

We used it as a 2 night stop for a cruise and didn’t have a vehicle but it was easy walking distance to both the beach and 2nd Street shops and restaurants. “Property was clean, very spacious. We had more room than we actually needed! Host provided shampoo, conditioner, soap. Also laundry detergent was available. These are extra added touches that make the stay even better. When traveling by air it is hard to pack every single item you may need. We ended up walking from the Hollywood bowl after the concert bc it was hard to get an Uber. The walk was safe and very easy! Although I probably will not visit LA again, this was an excellent location,……
