Extremely strong chemical smell in the room leading to headaches and awful customer service. Front desk staff informed us it was febreeze and manager would be available next morning. When calling upon getting service while traveling at 3pm, manager was extremely unproffesional and accusatory. "I've been waiting all day for your call and you never called", "I'm not even supposed to be working right now". Offered a laughable $10 off before saying the best she could do was $20. Hotel clearly does not value guest satisfaction nor want to hear if there are concerns. Would not risk staying again.

Thank you for your feedback.We do use a number of cleaners as well as air freshener in all of our rooms to ensure that each room is clean and smelling fresh.We take all of our guest concerns and comments seriously and do our best to address them as reasonable as possible.
