“The property is an older style hotel but it is clean and it was comfortable. The contactless check in and out was unique. It was great to just open the door and walk into our room. We were exhausted from our day and just wanted to relax. Not having to wait to check in with a front desk was nice. ”

“It was great for one two nights stay - we enjoyed having our meals on the porch and drinks around the fire pit. I would suggest to our host to add a couple of decent Stemless wine glasses and then kettle. They was a bit of a noise from neighbors, but it’s all settled in the evening. Outdoor furniture could be cleaner, we had to wipe ourselves.”

“Overall we liked the house and the amenities of the kitchen. The back deck looked so inviting but unfortunately our weather didnot cooperate. The way the blow dryer was hung in the bathroom was not great and needs improvement. The strong incense in the living and bedroom was a little overpowering and I felt we were at grandma’s house. I also wish there had been more instruction on the tv bc we could not figure out how to get local television channels. The location was close to the……

“This property has everything you need to enjoy a visit to Letchworth State Park. It's located in a very quiet area just outside the Perry entrance to the park, and gas/groceries are a 10 minute drive away. The house is clean, comfortable and well stocked. Didn't stay long enough to take advantage of the outdoor firepit or the game room in the basement, but those are nice amenities that make this a really special property. Thanks Ron!”

“The property is excellent and well maintained. The house actually 2 apartments, though we we did not see anyone staying in the other apt. The house feels like its in the middle of farm country but it is close to SUNY Geneseo and all the shopping and restaurants. Our only issue was the Vrbo app would not let us reply to the property owner when we received our check-in info. Thankfully there were no issues and we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting the area.”
