A bit noisy for our taste. Enjoyed the proximity to Penang National Park, Escape, and Entopia.

The room we were first given was dirty and the door was broken in the bathroom. The hotel moved us to the fartherest room from the entrance making our walk to and from extremely long. The staff tried to make our stay comfortable after that but we were already disappointed. It is a good place for young parents with small children. Pool is very nice and the beach is strange and full of jelly fish.

My view is that there are a few areas of improvement Food quality : I think the breakfast spread is very limited and the quality is extremely low. I hope the management can charge some incremental money and improve the quality of food. Overall the food options needs to be bolstered a bit for room dining as well. Having travelled to many countries and having stayed in the best of 5 star hotels to boutique hotels, this is the only hotel where I saw stale fruits being served on multiple days. That’s just simply not acceptable Quality of rooms: needs some refurbishment, looks a bit dated, door safety latch was broken, curtains seem to have some kinda mold in them. On a couple of ocassions in the pool area, they ran out of towels. Staff: staff was helpful and did their job well This feedback is for the people who are in the management roles so that they can look into these areas. Overall I would rate this property as a 3.5-4 star at best and if simply put it has a quite a few yards to cover before it can truly be considered as a 5 star property.

Staff counter was awesome and went all the way to help me with the early check in so that my 5 yr old can take her nap as she was getting very cranky.

Is not what I have expected - especially during breakfast, kids carry drinks around and wet the floor which is dangerous for elderly - but no one clean up. Limited breakfast choices. Not many taxi available as we got to wait for like 8-20 mins to grab a cab.
