“We had a good time since the place was close to everything. The falls, places to eat.. etc were all within 10 minutes drive. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our large group.”

Manager was very helpful and kind, due to some unexpected circumstances we had to move our trip for one day, Robert helped me to move it without any issues, really thankful for that!!!!”

“We decided to forgo the crowds at the local hotels to stay here. It's only 10 minutes from UB North and it couldn't have been more convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment has everything you need to stay, we didn't have to bring anything extra. If I had to do it again, I'd stay here.”

“Inside reminds me of the house I was when I was young. Owner is working on the apartment and I’m sure remodeling will be done in the future. The inside is like the pictures. The outside doesn’t reflect the inside. Needs some TLC overall a good spot for a few days.”

“Clean, spacious and exactly what we needed for a Thanksgiving holiday with family. I especially appreciated the minimal cleanup required upon checkout. Obviously we would never leave the place a mess, but it was great to leave the deep cleaning to the cleaning staff so we could get on the road. I'd absolutely rent this home again.”

“This house was an AWESOME HOUSE!! After reading the reviews they all were on point! The house is well kept, very nice and clean. I loved the location it was closed to EVERYTHING!! The neighbor was beyond quiet I almost thought does anyone else live in the neighborhood, lol, but the peace it gave was OUTSTANDING!! I'm an OLDer lady I don't like to much noise, lol. We were a small group three adults and one teenager, so when I say we had room LOTS and it was EXCELLENT!! Although it says not baby……
