"This was a beautiful property (once we found it!) in well kept and quiet residential neighborhood. The house and grounds were just lovely, and the owners were so friendly and welcoming. Our only regret was that we had to leave without sampling the included breakfast, as we had a very early morning flight. I would absolutely recommend this property!"

"Great location, beautiful home. Really nice rooms. The host Dwayne, was really friendly and cooked us an amazing breakfast. There were other guests there but we didnt hear or see them until we were leaving, so privacy was not an issue at all. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Power was out when we arrived so no internet! Could not contact owners as they are not on site! We opened door and it smelled horribly musty! It was midnight so we stayed. Next morning power back on and the place was filthy—really hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived! Per on bathroom floor, dirt everywhere! We could not get ahold of owner, nor could hotels.com (we booked thru them). Got ahold of them finally and they told me they would work on a refund. So far—I got nothing! I don’t mind...

"We enjoyed our stay -- comfy bed with nice linens, very clean, elegant breakfast, and great location. Although it is not an isolated home (neighbors are close), once inside it feels very cozy and relaxing. Short walk to Capilano suspension bridge and short drive (5 mins) up to Grouse Mountain. We drove 10-15 mins into North Vancouver waterfront area for some nice dinners out. Enjoyed conversation with Brian, our host, at breakfast. "

"Host is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The room is private and clean. Located on a beautiful hobby farm. Had an amazing sleep. If you have a large vehicle it might be tight getting into the guest parking spot, but we managed 😀. Can't say anything bad about this place or the host. All in all, a great time!"
