Booked a stay while there was a function on. Hotel staff think its acceptable to have mudic blaring until 1am when other people are trying to rest and cant do because of the music. Was offered to move room but then receptionist Leanne was extremely rude to me and instisted on arguing with me that i should expect that level of noise in a busy hotel and tried to gaslight me into thinking i was being unreasonable by complaining. Even after i said that i did not want to argue and please could she proceed to change my room as promised, she just continued to argue with me. Completely inappropriate and zero customer service. I changed room which helped with the noise but the shower didnt work and the toilet didnt flush. Waited over an hour for room service. Wont be staying again.
