“The actual room was excellent, compfy bed. Shower door was hard to open. No handle on the outside. Loud cars going through the neighborhood and my room was up 3 flights of stairs. ”

“Thanks for hosting our celebration for our kids & friends graduation. So many bedrooms with lots of sleeping capacity! Pretty remote area but nice & private. Kit the ShopRite in Liberty on your way there for provisions. With a few tweaks & improvements would be 5 stars!”

The grounds are very relaxing, The hot tub is awesome, and the game room in the basement was a great chill. we definitely will be coming back!”

“Was very clean, host was responsive and helpful. We had an issue with the gas and someone came to fix it within 2 hours. It snowed during our stay and the snow was plowed by someone twice. Could only find 2 bathrooms. Not a problem for our group, just informing. Overall, amazing stay and would recommend”

“We had a very nice stay at this property. The views were absolutely stunning and the ambience and quiet were just what we were looking for. The outdoor sitting area overlooking the view was outstanding. We had some issues with the lights not working in the main bedroom, trouble using the shower in the main bedroom and that the pool is only heated with additional payment. Despite that we still used the pool and very much enjoyed the hot tub and other amenities that came with the house. Overall……

“Super stylish and clean home with a great hot tub. Communication with the hosts was easy and clear, and they offered lots of local recs which were appreciated. I definitely recommend staying here with one small caveat: the property is on a small lot without much tree cover, so it felt less private when neighbors were out and about. Thanks again for the stay!”

“The best parts of Grandma's cottage were the record player and records, the binder of 1993 Gourmet magazines (my favorite year), the very detailed labeling of everything in the kitchen which made preparing meals a breeze, the comfortable beds, the fact that it really felt like we had traveled back in time to Grandma's house AND the fact that it smelled fresh and clean and not fusty like some Grandma's houses. Thank you for a blast from the past!”

“We had a lovely time staying here for a long weekend while we attended a nearby wedding. We had a group of 10 and fit very comfortably. The property is huge and beautiful. The porch and huge windows have incredible views of the mountains, especially at sunrise. The unique decor is very fun and memorable- perfect for the mountain setting. Our host went out of his way to make us feel very welcome. We loved the fresh eggs from the chickens and other incredible fresh snacks. The sauna was also a……

“The house was very clean and well appointed. Internet was great, and the bed was so comfortable. We met Eric, our host, who gave us invaluable info about a hike/waterfall nearby. The baseboard heat worked well, and there were plenty of pillows and two warm comforters. The jugs of bottled water were appreciated. There was a big grassy area for the dogs to romp. We spent the day at Minnewaska Preserve, only about 12 minutes away.”

“Very nice little cabin for a weekend away. Hot tub was nice to use after a day of hiking. The kitchen had the essentials (no seraded knives, so bring that if you’re cutting anything). I slept in the loft and the bed was comfortable. The ladder rungs are rounded and not flat so those hurt my feet going up - wearing some rubber soled slippers could alleviate that but I didn’t bring those. The hosts were great at communicating. ”

“Spacious downstairs but bathrooms in bedrooms are weirdly spaced. Two of the bedrooms are just converted walk in closets and pantry. Bring enough air mattresses”

“OUTSTANDING location! The views are incredible! Great outdoor area for a bonfire and family time! Hot tub! Grill! Not to mention the rooms are perfection with attention to detail. There is even a family room with a baby bed and play pen which was perfect for my daughter and her little family. The owners of the property answered our questions 24/7 and were always very gracious and kind. Constantly asking if we needed anything to make our stay better. “From the greeting at the Concierge Desk when i checked in.... it wemt all UPHILL!!! Seriously, everyone at the Resort Casino Hotel were so lovely and accomodating. Reservations for dinner, parking was open and easy and breakfast before leaving was so relaxing. It was an experience i would definitely want to REPEAT because of the staff. The people working there MAKE THIS PLACE GREAT”
