“Our stay was very comfortable and close to major shopping areas and restaurants. Traffic noise was an issue so we needed to keep windows and doors closed. We did feel safe in the neighborhood.”

“The home was nice, it is clean and looks like the pictures. Pool and spa are also very clean. The communication with the property management lacks, very hard to get in contact with on the day of your arrival. You leave a message and they are supposed to call you back, (they never did) I was concerned they forgot about our reservation. They bombard with emails before we arrived (when you book the property) and then the day of arrival no response. Until I was persistent for three hours, calling to……

“When I made the reservation on Expedia, I was unaware this was a condo vacation rental. Shortly after making the reservation I received an email from the rental company. They advised I would need to sign the rental contract at their office in Scottsdale (the reservation is in Glendale) or have to pay a $100 fee and submit to a background check. We are driving from New Mexico and having to stop in Scottsdale is an inconvenience but had no choice. The communication from the rental……
