“This was a great house for 2 couples to stay in. It was clean, updated and the pool, pool table and outside grill made it very enjoyable. We’ll be renting this one again. Close enough to walk to State Farm Stadium. Thank you!! 😊”

“the house was comfortable. The pool is somewhat small and the vacuum hose is anoyingly in the way. There were no directions for the television and no major or cable channels. it would be helpful if the owner create a notebook about rules and directions for ceiling fans and TV. New towels and wash clothes for the bathroom would be nice.”

“We stayed in this house in Glendale during a 4 day baseball tournament for our 2 boys in the Glendale/Peoria area. It was conveniently located for the places we had to go and the kids loved getting in the pool after playing in the hot sun all day. Overall a great stay. We did use the oven and kitchen a lot as well since we have a large family so it is easier than eating out all the time. The house had plenty of bathroom towels, but could use a few kitchen cloths and kitchen towels. We really……

“Our family of 6 stayed here for 17 days. We enjoyed the pool and putting green and the location was fantastic for all our activities. The home and landscaping could use some TLC. The beds were not very comfortable especially the bunk beds. The kitchen could use more useful utensils and the dishwasher should be replaced. Despite paying for the pool to be heated, we still had to request for the owners to turn the heat on multiple times.”

“Great house extremely comfortable and clean. Location was perfect. Close to everything! Only downside was not being able to use the pool. The listing states the heat would cost $85/day. We were going to stay in on Sunday so requested to be heated Saturday evening. They responded back that it had to be heated for three days consecutive and it would cost over $500. Which didn’t make sense based on the cost in the listing. Either way it was beautiful we enjoyed it so much. Definitely be back!”

“The parking situation at Cozy Suites was absolutely horrible. Nobody tells you when you book that you have to walk half a mile to your apartment. If you book an apartment in building five, you would think your parking would be near/around building five but no instead your parking is across the entire complex at the end of another building. When you call to to see about getting a closer parking all they say is, I’m sorry and it’s a safe complex to walk. My family and I will not be staying here……
