“First off, the location of my stay was incredible! Walking distance to shopping outlets, fast food, and even restaurants which was an amazing! From the booking, to checking in, and checking out, it was all a breeze, communication between the host and I was consistent, and no delay if there was any problems. Cleanliness of the property was decent, just normal wear and tear that you could except.”

“This location in Glendale fitted us perfectly as we had a graduation in the area. The pool and hot tub were perfect and very clean. Had lots of outdoor seating and the use of the boat to cruise around was an added bonus. We truly enjoyed staying at this home which had plenty of room for our whole family. “We stayed in this house in Glendale during a 4 day baseball tournament for our 2 boys in the Glendale/Peoria area. It was conveniently located for the places we had to go and the kids loved getting in the pool after playing in the hot sun all day. Overall a great stay. We did use the oven and kitchen a lot as well since we have a large family so it is easier than eating out all the time. The house had plenty of bathroom towels, but could use a few kitchen cloths and kitchen towels. We really……

“Nice safe neighborhood”

“Check-in was easy and host was very accommodating. There has been mention in other reviews regarding window coverings. If that is an issue for you, then come prepared with solutions. We did and found the solutions were pretty easy. Close to many parks and State Farm Stadium. We chose to take the 20-30 minute walk to the stadium each time, rather than fight traffic and parking. For that reason alone, this property gets our overall rating of 5.”

“This property truly has it all and the pictures do not do it justice! We went with a large group of friends, including children ages 1-8. They were more than entertained by the pool, bounce house, games room, and toys on the patio! This house was very well equipped with everything we needed – plenty of nice large towels for the pool, toiletries and other household necessities, and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. The added pool fence provided a great piece of mind with so many littles,……

“Pool was very good especiallly needed the heating the first few days. Bed rooms all good but 1 bath for 3 upstairs bedrooms was not the best but for guys it was workable. Kitchen was fully equipped. Nice TV’s but did wish there was 1 outside. Furnishings very comfortable.”

“The parking situation at Cozy Suites was absolutely horrible. Nobody tells you when you book that you have to walk half a mile to your apartment. If you book an apartment in building five, you would think your parking would be near/around building five but no instead your parking is across the entire complex at the end of another building. When you call to to see about getting a closer parking all they say is, I’m sorry and it’s a safe complex to walk. My family and I will not be staying here……

“Great house extremely comfortable and clean. Location was perfect. Close to everything! Only downside was not being able to use the pool. The listing states the heat would cost $85/day. We were going to stay in on Sunday so requested to be heated Saturday evening. They responded back that it had to be heated for three days consecutive and it would cost over $500. Which didn’t make sense based on the cost in the listing. Either way it was beautiful we enjoyed it so much. Definitely be back!”
