“A characterful hotel in a great location. Our room was very spacious and in the old part of the hotel, full of old beams and quirky corners. Bed was large and comfortable. “The staircase to our room is winding, and I need to go up and down before arriving at my room. The wall is thin and is not very sound proof, so I can hear what next door's saying and TV noise. "The room itself is fine, but I encountered issues with the water temperature fluctuating in the shower. It's very difficult to control, especially during the winter season. Additionally, the location of the hotel is not very convenient for traveling in Bath, even if you have a car. (The center of Bath is always prone to traffic jams.) "The hotel room is huge, and every detail is perfect. From the watch to the wine, everything is impeccable. Moreover, the hotel's location is close to the center of Bath, making it incredibly convenient for finding food and going shopping. The staff is also extremely polite, and the handsome young man from concierge, in particular, is exceptionally nice to us. He attentiveness made my partner and me feel like VIPs. Overall, it was a perfect experience, and I highly recommend everyone to try the same experience at The Gainsborough Bath Spa Hotel!"
