An absolutely huge hotel, certainly one of biggest I've ever stayed in. Good points are the convenient location just 5 mins walk to the main shopping mall or 10 mins into the centre of the city. I can't really criticise the hotel in any particular regard except to say that a 4 star hotel should make their guests feel special, but alas this hotel is truly devoid of any personal touches. Whenever I asked a question I was just told to use the 'app', which guests must use for everything from requesting cleaning of your room to reserving a timeslot for breakfast. Sorry, but this is not my idea of 4 star service.
