We stayed at the Juniper building at the Maswik lodge. The room had vaulted ceilings and was clean and comfortable, as well as quiet. Parking was steps from our 2nd floor room. The cafeteria-style food is mediocre to poor, and closes early, so get there at least 45 mins before closing time.

Loved how close we were to the canyon view, bus system was awesome. We enjoyed the food options at out lodge and other locations in the park. All staff very helpful.

Great location. But the building is old. There’s
unpleasant smell in the room. Food was okay but servers were not good, not kind.

Easy access to the whole park. The shuttle buses stop at 9PM. so we had to walk back to the lodge from El Torvor after dinner.
The young woman at the activity desk ( Charlotte) told us some great stories of the park and also provided excellent tips and guidence for the Red line trip. It was an increditable experience .

No one came make the beds
There is a Kitchenette, dish washing liquid is supplied, but there was no dish washing sponge.

Staff throughout Rim area super helpful. Dining was pricey. But the view….spectacular. Having a well run shuttle service is nice!
