“We choose to stay at Jameson Inn Winder despite the horrible reviews. It is a motel so we weren’t expecting much. We were pleasantly surprised to find clean floors throughout the room instead of dirty carpets. The bedding was clean, the toilet flushed and the shower had pressure and hot water. The microwave and mini fridge worked great and were clean. Breakfast is only until 9am but had enough choices and a waffle maker. Staff were nice and helpful. The building is brightly illuminated all……

“3 night business trip, rooms were clean, bed comfortable. Elevator wasnt working the last afternoon. But I will stay here next trip. ”

“The room was out dated. The decor was old and the desk lamp was falling apart. The bathroom is small. Very tight for 1 person trying to shower. It was uncomfortable due to the steam on the mirror and no vented fan to help pull out hot air. ”

“My husband and I first time visiting and the views of the Chateau Elan Winery and their resort was beautiful! Our view from our room was directly towards it. The beds were comfortable and bathroom was nice and clean. Free breakfast. We had access to the resort and enjoyed their lounge. Issues: We had a mini fridge which was nice and cold, but we did not have a microwave. We had to go to the lobby to heat up any food we had. The parking lot was full and our car and multiple guests were parked on……
