“I make frequent trips to the area for wildlife photography, this one for the Biggest Week. I have stayed at a variety of VRBOs located at the Green Cove Resort. This has been the best and most cleanly one yet. Check in is easy and the hosts have provided everything you could need from snacks and bottled water to keurig coffees, condiments, board games and more. The open deck gave a beautiful view of the lake, and we walked out back to see the eclipse. The location is amazing, and we walked to downtown PC several times. “This place is close enough to everything you would want to do to relax! Sitting on the balcony looking at the water was just what I needed. One improvement to the experience: make sure the balcony & outdoor furniture is cleaned off and the cobwebs are swept before guests arrive (The chair cushion in the condo could use some updating too) Having access to the pool is a great bonus. Everyone was very friendly and very welcoming. We would definitely book this place again and would love to stay……

“I am a very clean and picky person. I bring lysol wipes with me everywhere I go and rewash dishes. But, this was one CLEAN house. Blew my expectations out of the water in many ways. My one and only complaint was dust in the vents but that is only due to an allergy. This house is absolutely adorable and in the perfect location.
