“I am a very clean and picky person. I bring lysol wipes with me everywhere I go and rewash dishes. But, this was one CLEAN house. Blew my expectations out of the water in many ways. My one and only complaint was dust in the vents but that is only due to an allergy. This house is absolutely adorable and in the perfect location. “The house was nice. Had everything we needed. The trees were full of birds singing, there are a couple eagles who stayed in the trees just outside and the squirrels were friendly too. The water was brown and unswimable, but overall, absolutely beautiful. Happy we booked here! Check in and out was easy and owner was responsive to messages.”

“This was probably my favorite stay in a rental property yet! I’ve been in a bunch this far! It was so comfortable and CLEAN! The sheets, towels and even throw blankets were so clean and nicely prepared for us ! As soon as we walked through the door it smelled so good. “Beautiful hotel with two restaurants. Our room had a pretty view of the river. Toledo is close to Lake Erie and some great places for birding. The valet parking worked really well. I was surprised that the parking was a separate charge. The area is beautiful but deserted. Not much within walking distance. ”

There is no buffet breakfast provided (though you get a bag of a snack, a muffin, and a bottled water). Also, the controller of my room's air conditioner didn't work.
